摘要
目的 探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在人膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法取膀胱尿路上皮癌组织27例及癌旁组织27例,应用免疫组织化学及Western blot免疫印迹技术检测AQP1在膀胱尿路上皮癌和癌旁对照组织中的表达。结果 AQP1散在表达于癌旁组织中微血管和小动脉的内皮细胞;在人膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中AQP1大量表达于肿瘤的微血管内皮细胞;膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中AQP1表达水平较癌旁组织明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 AQP1在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中表达增高,提示AQP1可能与膀胱癌的发生和发展密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression and significance of aquaporin 1(AQP1)in bladder cancer tissues.Methods The expression and significance of AQP1 in 27 tumor tissues and non-cancerous adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis.Results The sporadic expression of AQP1 was found in the vascular endothelial cells of non-cancerous adjacent tissues.The majority of AQP1 expression could be detected in the vascular endothelial cells of tumor tissues.The expression of AQP1 protein in tumor tissues was remarkably higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent tissues.Conclusion The expression of AQP1 increases in bladder tumor tissues over than it in non-cancerous adjacent tissues.It suggests that AQP1 might play an important role in the formation and development of bladder tumor and the mechanism need to be further studied.
