摘要
采用Svanova公司牛病毒性腹泻病毒血清抗体ELISA抗体检测试剂盒对采自新疆10个不同地区的875份牛血清进行了牛病毒性腹泻病毒血清抗体检测,共检出抗体阳性血清759份,最高阳性率为100%,最低为55.0%,平均为86.7%。检测结果表明该病已在新疆普遍存在,感染没有明确的地域分布规律。根据ELISA检测结果,从中选择15份血清用病毒中和试验进行检测,结果显示,所采用的ELISA检测方法具有较好的敏感性。
In the study,875 serum samples came from 10 different areas or farms,antibody against Bovine viral diarrhea virus（BVDV） was detected used svanova company indirect ELISA kit,759 serum samples were conformed positive.The positive rate was between 55.0% and 100%,and the mean positive rate was 86.7%.The results showed that BVDV is extensive exist in Xinjiang province,and the infection rate no obvious different among different regions.15 samples were chosen and tested by virus neutralization（VN） method,the results showed that the ELISA detection was more sensitive compared with VN test.
