摘要
目的:观察中西医结合保守治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2008年1月～2011年6月的共诊断收治的宫外孕病人200例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各100例,对照组采用米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗,治疗组在此基础上,配合药宫外孕Ⅱ号方,两个疗程(1个疗程为7d)之后对比分析两组的治疗结果。结果:对照组有效率70%,治疗组有效率97%,治疗组的治疗效果明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合保守治疗宫外孕临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the Integrative Medicine clinical efficacy of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Our hospital from January 2008 to June 2011 of ectopic pregnancy treated patients were diagnosed 200 cases were randomly divided into control and treatment group of 100 patients in the control group were treated with Mifepristone and methotrexate, On this basis, the treatment group, with drug side-Ⅱ ectopic pregnancy, two courses （one course of treatment for 7d） after the comparative analysis of two groups of treatment outcomes. Results： The control group was 70%, treatment group was 97%, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher, compared to the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative Medicine Clinical efficacy of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is significant, worthy of promotion.
