摘要
应用皂素处理后的钌红标记示踪技术,清楚地显示了大鼠心房特殊颗粒的形态结构及其与心肌细胞膜和高尔基复合体的关系.根据心房特殊颗粒界膜的变化.可将颗粒分为4型.上述结果提示:皂素处理后的钌红标记示踪技术,可作为一种新的方法用于心房特殊颗粒的形态结构、生成及释放机制的研究.
Using tracer technique of ruthenium red treated by saponin clearly can demonstrate the morphology of atrial specific granules of rats and relations between cell membrane of myocardium and Golgi complex. Atrial specific granules were classified to four types according to the changes of limiting membrane of ASG. These results indicate that tracer technique of ruthenium red treated by saponin is a new method, which can be used to the study of morphology,formation and releasing mechanism of ASG.
