摘要
以四氧嘧啶实验性糖尿病小鼠为对照组,以口服地骨皮水煎剂的实验性糖尿病小鼠为实验组,分别在病期第1周与第2周,用免疫组织化学方法,对胰岛和胰鸟B细胞的形态结构进行了观察.结果表明,地骨皮对实验性糖尿病小鼠胰岛B细胞的形态结构损害有一定的减轻作用.
Changes in pancreatic islet cells of mice with alloxan-induced diabetes were observed by immunohistochemical method after administration of cortex lycii radicis for 7 days and 14 days respectively. The results are as follows:Cortex lycii radicis alleviates the damage in the B cells of the pancreatic islets of mice with experimental diabetes.
