摘要
本文用原子吸收分光光度法测定了延边地区15种传统药用植物中锌、铜、锰、铁和镁的含量,并采用了干法消化和湿法消化处理样品的方法。结果五种元素的平均值以赤松叶中铁值最高,柞树皮中锌值最高。
This paper reports the contents of trace elements (Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe and Mg) in 15 kinds of medicinal herbs traditionally used by Koreans in Yanbian, Jilin Province. The elements were discovered by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, dry incineration and wet combustion for sample treatmeat. The results show that the average value of these 5 metals appeared in different amounts. Iron is the highest in leaves of pinus densi flora. Zinc is the highest in bark of quercus mongolica Fisch.
