一家系三代血管母细胞瘤病例报告

摘要 病例报告 例1女，74岁（祖母）。2005年6月因头痛、头晕、双下肢乏力1个月伴呕吐入院。此前曾在外院行头颅CT提示小脑及脑干占位行伽玛刀治疗。但症状无缓解，且双下肢乏力加重，并出现频繁呕吐。
