藤茶粉制备条件优化及主要活性成分分析 被引量:7

摘要 用水煮浸提法提取藤茶中的藤茶粉,并对提取物中主要活性成分黄酮和多酚进行含量分析。对提取工艺中的料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度及提取级数四因素进行优化,确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,在料液比1∶30、90℃、浸提1h,二级提取后提取物藤茶粉得率达40.8%。提取物中主要活性成分黄酮和多酚的质量分数分别为13.64%和9.80%。 Ampelopsis powder was extracted from ampelopsis by hot water extraction method. Flavonoids and polyphenol were also determined. Four primary factors were studied in the experiment. The most suitable conditions for the extractions were as follows: the solidqiquid ratio was 1:30, extracting temperature was 90 ℃, extracting time was one hour, double extraction. Under such condition, the extraction yield of ampelopsis powder was 40.8%. The concentration of flavonoids and polyphenol in the extract is 13.64% and 9. 80%.
