通过陕西省西安基准地震台在地震监测环境和设施保护的实践,论述了加强地震监测环境和设施保护的重要意义及认识。同时,针对在地震监测环境和设施保护中遇到的问题,提出了自己的观点和建议。
The seismic monitoring environment and instruments are the important factors for earthquake precursory observation.It is discussed how to protect them and put forward the improvement measures and suggestion in the paper.
