摘要
机液伺服仿形刀架对非圆回转体类零件的加工,应用广泛。为了保障仿形刀架的加工精度,必须选择一组合理的结构参数使系统的动态特性满足要求,采用古典控制理论的分析方法,对机液伺服仿形刀架进行数学建模和动态特性分析,并用Matlab中的Simulink模块对系统进行仿真。结合动态分析与仿真的结果,深层次的剖析了结构参数对系统的稳定性、快速性和准确性的影响,为机液伺服仿形刀架的设计及结构参数的设计提供了理论依据。
The mechanical hydraulic servo profile modeling tool rest in the category of non-circular parts of the process which is widely used, in order to protect the processing precision of profile modeling tool rest, must choose a reasonable set of structural parameters to make the dynamic characteristics of the system meet certain requirements. The analysis method of classical control theory is used. The mechanical hydraulic servo profile modeling tool rest is analysed by the methods of mathematical modeling and dynamic characteristics. The system is simulated with the Simulink block in Matlab. The impact of structural parameters on he system stability, speed and accuracy is analysed deeply with the results of dynamic analysis and simulation. The paper can provide theoretical basis for mechanical hydraulic servo profile modeling tool rest design and structural parameters design.
