摘要
当前我国的中小企业正面临新一轮的考验。生存困境倒逼中小企业转型升级,积极探索管理创新模式。转型升级期中小企业管理创新的目的是实现企业可持续发展。要正确理解管理创新的本质,纠正中小企业管理创新存在的过度管理、无管理升级、追流行管理等误区;以信息化建设为突破口促进中小企业管理创新;构建优秀企业文化,实现从中小企业行政文化向企业文化转型;推进中小企业的管理战略创新。
At present, SMEs are facing a new round of tests in China. SME is in survival predicament and must transform and upgrade,and actively explore innovative models. The aim of management innovation is'to realize the sustainable development. Consequently, we should properly understand the nature of management innovation and to correct inappropriate management such as excessive management, without management upgrading, chasing popular management, ete; promote SME management innovation by informatization construction; cultivate outstanding corporate culture and realize the transition from administrative culture to corporate culture; and promote the innovation of SME management strategy.
