摘要
目的:对某高校附属医院2005-2009年毕业的临床医学专业学位研究生进行回顾性及现状的调查分析,评价目前培养方案的实施效果,为今后研究生培养方案的修订提供理论依据。方法:采用调查问卷和文献分析的方法,应用SPSS 13.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果:通过在该院三年的临床学习,大多数研究生在临床技能及临床科研等方面的提高是明显的,培养效果较为满意,基本达到了培养目标的要求。同时也对专业学位研究生培养方案的修订及考核模式的完善提供了一定的借鉴作用。
To evaluate the effect of the implementation of the current training program and provide a theoretical basis for future amendments, the authors have investigated the clinical medicine postgraduates who graduated from certain university affiliate hospital in 2005-2009. A structured questionnaire and literature review were used to collect the data. The SPSS 13.0 statistical package was used for statistical analysis. The results showed that the clinical operation skills and clinical research capability were improved significantly for most of the postgraduates after completing the three-year training. It indicates the cultivation effect has met the basic requirements of the training objectives. Meanwhile it will help to perfect the training program of chnical medicine postgraduates and evaluation model.
