在截刀作用下岩石破碎机理的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过对三种岩石和三种不同形状的刀具,在不同切深条件下的截割实验观察和实验结果的分析研究表明:在截刀截割岩石过程中,大破碎块的剥离与刀具最大切割力之间不存在严格的对应关系。由于受岩石本身物理特性(非均质性,先天缺陷,如裂隙,节理等)和刀具前端压实粉核区的影响,在一定的截割条件下,岩石破碎剥离块度的大小具有很大的随机性.因此,仅根据大破碎块的断裂表面形状,按拉伸或剪切强度理论建立的破岩机理模型是不全面的.在研究刀具作用下的岩石破碎机理时,不忽视粉核区作为刀具与岩石之间的“中间介质”的传力特性及其对岩石破碎剥离的影响作用. Cutting experiments of three rocks were made using three kinds of cutting tools under conditions of different cutting degths. Analysis of experimental results shows that no strict correspondence exists be ween the cutting-off of big chips and the peak cutting force of tools. Being affe ted by the physical properties of the rock itself(heterogeneity and natural flaws, such as fissures and joints)and the crushed zone fronting the pick, the size of chips exhibits a great randomness even under fixed cutting conditions. Therefore, the model of rock breakage mechanism established only by considering the morphology of fracture surfaces and the tensile and shear strengths of rocks would be incomplete. In studying the mechanism of rock breakage under the action of cutting tools, the force-transmitting characteristic of the crushed zone, which acts as an 'intermediary' between the cutting tool and the rock, and its influence on rock breakage cannot be overlooked.
