摘要
中日韩合作关系经过12年的努力,正处于稳定发展的关键时期。目前,东北亚地区的安全形势,依然存在着诸多不确定因素。但本地区各国人民共谋发展的心愿仍处于主导地位。在当前经济全球化深入发展的大背景下,除了继续开展中日韩三国的合作,中国理应关注和建立同俄朝蒙之间定期、有序的会晤与磋商制度。俄朝蒙蕴藏着丰富的矿产资源,各自具有独特的经贸发展优势和物流、人文交流方面不可替代的有利条件。促进朝韩和解,不仅有益于半岛和平稳定,也有助于推进东北亚地区的区域合作。
Currently,although a host of uncertainties exist in the security situation in Northeast Asia, the wishes for social harmony and economic development dominate the minds of the peoples in the region.Against the backdrop of profound economic globalization of the day,China should be concerned and keen on setting up a mechanism for fixed and orderly talks and consultations with Russia, DPRK and Mongolia.
