摘要
市场经济首先是法制经济,企业的一切经营活动必须置于法律的框架下。本文针对我国民营企业法律风险意识的缺失,分析了民营企业在发展中遭遇到常见法律风险类型,并提出了相应的规避策略。
The market economy is first legal economy,enterprises of all business activities must be placed under the framework of law.Aiming at the Chinese private enterprise legal risk awareness,analyzes the lack of private enterprises in developing encounter common legal risks type,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.
