摘要
区域创新系统理论虽然发展很快,但比较完整的、逻辑严密的理论体系尚未形成。在对从2000年至2008年国内公开发表的相关研究成果系统分析的基础上,从区域创新系统绩效的概念、测度方法、测度指标、各种因素对创新绩效的影响等几个方面,对区域创新系统绩效的研究进展进行归纳和总结,指出了研究工作尚存在的问题和今后需要进一步努力的方向。
Although it has been developing very quickly,the theory of Regional innovation system（RIS） is still far from completeness and tight logic.In this paper,by searching domestic research papers published in 2000-2008,a comprehensive review and summary has been made on RIS performance from the view of concept,measurement methods,measurement indicators,impact of various factors on innovation performance.The problems existed in the research are analyzed and the direction of going forward is pointed.
