关节镜清理术结合中药内服治疗膝骨性关节炎38例 被引量：5

摘要 目的:观察关节镜清理术配合中药内服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:选择早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用关节镜手术,同时配合内服中药4疗程(7 d为1疗程),对照组单纯采用关节镜手术,然后观察术后4疗程的临床疗效和随访1 a的复发情况。结果:两组治疗4疗程后,关节功能Lysholm评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),且两组治疗后1 a随访结果显示,治疗组综合疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜清理术结合中药内服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎近期疗效满意,能明显改善膝关节功能,值得临床推广应用。
