摘要
[目的]探索从豆粕中提取大豆异黄酮的工艺条件。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验优化豆粕中异黄酮的提取工艺。[结果]豆粕异黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:用体积分数为70%的乙醇水溶液,以20∶1(V/W,ml∶g)的液料比提取2 h,提取温度为75℃。[结论]优化的豆粕异黄酮提取工艺简便、合理,为异黄酮的分离纯化及生理活性的开发研究奠定了基础。
[Objective] To explore the extraction conditions of isoflavones from soybean meal.[Method] Based on single factor test,the extraction conditions were optimized through L9(34)orthogonal test.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions were: 70% ethanol concentration,75 ℃ temperature,2 h extraction time and 20∶ 1 liquid-solid ratio.[Conclusion] The optimized extraction technology was convenient and reasonable,which laid the foundation for the separation and purification of isoflavones and the development of its physiological activities.
