摘要
目的:验证反相高效液相色谱法(WS/T 98-1996)、分光光度法(WS/T 97-1996)和肌酐测定试剂盒(苦味酸法)三种方法检测尿中肌酐的结果可比性。方法:以同一尿样,在采集后第1天、第3天、第5天以上述三种检测方法进行尿中肌酐的检测,卫生部行标方法按标准检验进行操作,临床生化非标方法按说明书要求进行操作。结果:同一尿样在采集后第1天、第3天、第5天按同一方法检测,尿中肌酐检测值无显著性差异(P>0.05);同一尿样按不同的方法进行检测,尿中肌酐的结果有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:三种方法检测尿中肌酐的结果有显著性差异,结果无可比性。
Objective： To inspect and verify the results comparison on three methods to assay cteatinine in urine with HPLC,spectrophotometry and creatinine diagnostic reagent kit.Methods： The three methods were used respectively to detect the creatinine in the collected same urine after the first day,the second day and the third day.The standard operation steps had been kept on the HPLC and the spectrophotometry.And the nonstandard method has been operated according to the kit′s instructions.Results： There were no significant differences of the creatinine in the collected same urine in the first and the second and the third day（P0.05）;And there were significant differences of the creatinine in the collected same urine with HPLC,spectrophotometry and creatinine diagnostic reagent kit（P0.01）.Conclusion： The results were incompared because there were significant differences of the creatinine in the collected same urine with HPLC,spectrophotometry and creatinine diagnostic reagent kit.
