摘要
与传统的面向几何的产品建模技术相比,面向知识的产品建模技术更适应现代设计的发展需要,可在相当程度上解决产品设计的智能化和自动化问题。针对该技术应用中存在的问题:1)国内的主流CAD系统尚不具备知识融合与知识驱动的能力;2)面向知识的产品建模依附于某个CAD软件,提出以独立知识库驱动为核心的产品建模新体系,该体系分解为核心层、用户层和几何建模层,通过核心层将用户需求和CAD软件集成,实现智能化设计,为不同行业的产品数字化设计提供可行的解决方案.
Compared with traditional modeling technology for geometric products,modeling technology for knowledge-based products can better satisfy the requirement of development of modern design,and effectively solve problems of intelligence and automation during products design process.However,the application of modeling technology for knowledge-based products suffers two main difficulties nowadays.First,in China,current mainstream CAD systems do not contain capabilities and functions of knowledge integration and knowledge driving;second,this kind of modeling technology is depend on a certain CAD software.Therefore,in this paper,a new and novel modeling system which is driven by independent knowledge base is presented.The system is constituted by core layer,user layer and geometric modeling layer.Users' demand can be integrated with CAD software through core layer,which achieves intelligent design.The modeling system can provide operable solutions for digital design of different industrial products.
