摘要
目的:优选胡黄连中有效成分胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的最佳提取工艺。方法:选用均匀设计试验,以胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的总转移率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数及乙醇用量对胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ提取的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为胡黄连饮片加65%乙醇10倍量,提取3次,每次2h。结论:所优化的工艺可靠,适用于胡黄连中胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的提取。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of picroside Ⅰ and picroside Ⅱ from Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora by uniform design method. METHODS: Taking total transfer rate of picroside Ⅰ and picroside Ⅱ as index, the effects of the concentration of alcohol, solvent amount, extraction time and extraction frequency on extraction technology were evaluated by uniform design method. RESULTS: The optimal technology was as follows: 10-fold 65% alcohol, extracting for 3 times, 2 hours each time. CONCLUSION: The extraction process is reliable, and it is suitable for extraction of picroside Ⅰ and picroside Ⅱ in P scrophulariiflora.
