摘要
目的:优选胡黄连中有效成分胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的最佳提取工艺。方法:选用均匀设计试验,以胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的总转移率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数及乙醇用量对胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ提取的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为胡黄连饮片加65%乙醇10倍量,提取3次,每次2h。结论:所优化的工艺可靠,适用于胡黄连中胡黄连苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的提取。
OBJECTIVE： To optimize the extraction technology of picroside Ⅰ and picroside Ⅱ from Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora by uniform design method. METHODS： Taking total transfer rate of picroside Ⅰ and picroside Ⅱ as index, the effects of the concentration of alcohol, solvent amount, extraction time and extraction frequency on extraction technology were evaluated by uniform design method. RESULTS： The optimal technology was as follows： 10-fold 65% alcohol, extracting for 3 times, 2 hours each time. CONCLUSION： The extraction process is reliable, and it is suitable for extraction of picroside Ⅰ and picroside Ⅱ in P scrophulariiflora.
