摘要
在文献综述的基础上,旨在探索企业国际化程度、供应链管理实践水平和企业绩效之间的关系,研究样本来自中国上市公司汽车制造和机械制造业2005—2008年度的数据,通过运用面板数据分析法进行研究。结果表明,中国上市公司国际化程度和供应链管理实践水平还不够高,但对企业绩效都存在着影响,是否包含2008年数据将会对影响的方向产生重要作用。中国上市公司的国际化程度仍然需要进一步提高,在国际化初级阶段,通过融入全球供应链的方式进行国际化,将会给企业的绩效带来提升和保障。同时,中国的上市公司应该努力提高供应链管理实践水平,供应链管理实践水平在国际化与企业绩效关系中起到了中介作用。
Based on the literature review, this paper explores the relationships between internalization, supply chain management （SCM） practice and firm performance. The research was based on second-hand data, so we then collect- ed listed companies belonging to the manufacturing industry 240 copies of annual reports covering years from 2005-2008 After selecting by conditions we have 60companies＇ Using methods of panel data analysis, we got the results. It shows of empirical that the degree of internalization has a positive effect on the level of SCM practice and enterprises＇ financial performance. And the level of SCM practice also has a positive effect on enterprises＇ financial performance. Meanwhile it has been proved that the level of SCM has a mediating effect between the degree of internalization and enterprises＇ financial performance.
