摘要
以颗粒状椰壳炭(AC)为原料,制备了负载Mn-Co复合氧化物的(Mn-Co)x/AC吸附剂,考察了其对NOx的吸附性能。实验结果表明:在n(Co)∶(n(Mn)+n(Co))=0.16、焙烧温度为400℃、Mn-Co复合氧化物质量分数为2.78%的最佳条件下,(Mn-Co)x/AC试样的NOx吸附容量最大,为157.92 mg/g;随吸附温度升高,(Mn-Co)2.78/AC试样的NOx吸附容量下降;吸附了NOx的(Mn-Co)2.78/AC试样升温至200℃时,可以完全释放出吸附的NOx而再生。
The adsorbent(Mn-Co) x/AC was prepared by loading Mn-Co mixed oxides on the granule coconut shell activated carbon, and its adsorption capability to NOx was studied. The experimenmtal results show that- Under the optimum conditions of n (Co) / ( n (Mn) + n (Co) ) = 0. 16, calcination temperature 400 °(2 and Mn-Co mixed oxides mass fraction 2.78%, the adsorption capacity of NOx on the (Mn-Co)x/AC sample can come up to 157.92 mg/g; With the increase of adsorption temperature, the adsorption capacity of (Mn-Co)2.78/AC will decrease; When the temperature is increased to 200 °C, the NO〈adsorbed (Mn-Co)27°/AC sample can be regenerated by release the adsorbed NOx entirelv.
