摘要
目的比较尿沉渣分析仪和尿干化学仪的优缺点。方法对住院患者留取的标本进行检测,并针对WBC、RBC相关统计进行分析比较。结果通过对210份尿液标本检测,得出尿沉渣分析仪和尿干化学仪相关指标差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由于假阳性或假阴性的存在,仪器检测结果要结合临床进行综合分析。
Objective The analyse the two urine analyzer＇s advantages and disadvantages.Methods Testing the samples of in-patients and doing the statistical analysis about WBC,RBC.Results The analysis through 210 urine samples showed that there was significant difference between them.Conclusion Because of the existence of false positive and false-negative,we must combine clinical analysis with the result of testing,and do a comprehensive evaluation.
