摘要
目的寻找急性脑梗死早期预后的影响因素。方法整理与收集急性脑梗死患者临床资料,通过Logistic多元回归分析预后的影响因素。结果对195例急性脑梗死患者的研究表明,年龄、血压血糖、就诊时意识状况、发热以及肺部感染等因素被确认为影响急性脑梗死预后的危险因素。结论注意控制高血压、高血糖,加强预防与控制,可有效增进预后。
Objective To investigate the influential factors of early prognosis of patients with acute ischem is stroke.Methods Sorting and collection of clinical data of patients with acute cerebral infarction,through the Logistic regression analysis of prognostic factors.Results 195 cases of acute cerebral infarction studies have shown that age,blood pressure,blood sugar,when visiting state of consciousness,fever and lung infection and other factors identified as affecting the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction risk factors.Conclusion The attention to controlling blood pressure,high blood sugar,strengthen the prevention and control can be effective in improving prognosis.
