聚合物驱后原位交联提高采收率的物模研究 被引量:2

A Physical Simulation Study on Enhanced Oil Recovery after Polymer Flooding through in-situ Cross-Linking

摘要 本文采用人造岩心双管并联模型系统开展了聚合物驱后原位交联提高采收率的实验研究。结果表明:在聚合物驱后注入乙酸铬交联剂实施原位交联,能够维持聚合物驱后续转水驱阶段压力长期稳定不降,大幅度提高低渗透岩心的采出程度;在渗透率级差为3~10的范围内,渗透率级差越大,聚合物驱后原位交联技术提高采收率的幅度越大;聚合物驱后原位交联体系注入时机越早,改善后续水驱的效果越好,室内条件下聚合物驱后原位交联技术提高采收率在9.5%以上。 A physical simulation study on enhanced oil recovery after polymer flooding through in-situ cross-linking was conducted under the condition of various permeability difference ratios and the injection time.The results indicated that,by adopting the technology of in-situ cross-linking,the injection pressure for water flooding after polymer flooding was maintained stable for a long time and the oil recovery of the low permeability layer was enhanced greatly.The higher the permeability difference ratio,the lower the oil recovery during polymer flooding,and the more enhanced oil recovery by in-situ cross-linking.The earlier in-situ cross-linking was injected after polymer flooding,the better the effect was.Under the experiment condition,enhancement of oil recovery was generally above 9.5% after polymer flooding.
