十屋油田用酸化解堵液配方优选及性能评价 被引量:1

Optimization and Performance Evaluation for Acidizing Plugging Removal Fluid in Shiwu Oilfield

摘要 针对十屋油田在注水开发过程中普遍出现的注水压力高、注水压力上升速度快、注水前沿推进速度慢、注水以及前期酸化效果不理想等诸多问题,优化了酸液配方。前置酸配方为8%~12%HCl+2%WD-11缓蚀剂+1.5%WD-8铁离子稳定剂+0.5%WD-12助排剂+0.5%WD-5黏土稳定剂+0.5%BM-B10+1.0%WD-6破乳剂,在前置酸中加入2%HF即得到主体酸。该酸液稳定性良好,前置酸和主体酸的表面张力分别为24.6和25.4 mN/m,腐蚀速度均小于5 g/m2.h,铁离子稳定能力大于2500 mg/L,均达到规定要求。对十屋油田4口井天然岩心的酸化效果实验表明,酸化后的岩心渗透率大幅提高,酸化效果良好。 Based on the problems,such as high injection pressure,quick increase speed of injection pressure,slow advance speed of flood front,poor efficiency of water injection and so on,during the process of water flooding exploitation in Shiwu oilfield,the optimization of new acidizing fluid formula and laboratory evaluation of core acidizing effect were carried out.The formula of front acid was established: 8%—12% hydrochloric acid,2% WD-11 corrosion inhibitor,1.5% WD-8 ferric ion stabilizer,0.5% WD-12 cleanup additive,0.5% WD-5 clay stabilizer,0.5% BM-B10 and 1.0% WD-6 demulsifier.The main acid was composed of front acid and 2% hydrofluoric acid.The stability of front acid and main acid was good with surface tension 24.6 and 25.4 mN/m respectively,corrosion rate less than 5 g/m2 · h and the ability of iron stable larger than 2500 mg/L.The natural core test results of four injection wells in Shiwu oilfield showed that the core permeability increased greatly and acidification effect was good.
