摘要
研究了高频放电和微波放电等激发氚标记的效率.发现氚标记物的比活度与底物所在的位置呈正态分布关系,氚标记物的最高比活度比平均值大2~4倍,比Wilzbach法大5~20倍,为制备较高比活度氚标记化合物提供一个方便、可行的方法.
The efficiency of excitatin of tritium-labelling by high frequency elsctric discharge and microwave discharge is investigated. The results show that the spceific activity of products is in normal distribution to the distance from the centre of discharge to the position of the substrate (i.e. the compound to be labeled).The specific activity, at the centrd of discharge is 2~4 times larger than the average value of the whole products and is 5~20 times larger than that from the Wilzbach method. The results may be used as a useful methed for the preparation of high specific activity of tritium labeled compounds.
