摘要
改革开放以来,延边州经济发展取得了长足的进展,但也带来了资源的过度开采和严重的环境污染,现在处于生态环境保护与经济社会发展矛盾凸显的历史时期。延边州生态环境建设应做到:养护好森林是提升生态环境质量的基础,发展生态经济是实现生态环境保护的有效支撑,完善体制和运行机制是生态环境建设的根本保证,开展生态环境创建活动是实施生态环境建设的重要依托。
Though great economic development has been made in Yanbian since the reforms and opening up, contradictions between ecological environment protection and socio-economic development is now high lighted due to the over-exploration and serious environmental pollution. Therefore, forest nursing is the foundation to improve the quality of ecological environment; development of ecological economy can back effectively the realization of the protection; perfection of systems and mechanisms will ensure the construction of ecological environment; activities to create ecological environment will support the implementation of the construction.
