Research and Development of High Temperature Electrothermal Materials

摘要 综述了电热材料的研究发展现状,重点介绍了非金属高温电热材料的种类、制备方法以及应用,并比较分析了SiC、ZrO2、LaCrO3和MoSi2电致热发热元件的优劣性。最后指出了国内外高温电热材料的差距和主要存在的问题,并展望了高温电热材料的发展趋势。 The research and development status of electrothermal materials were summarized.The types,preparation methods and applications of non-metallic high-temperature electrothermal materials were mainly introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of electric heating element of SiC,ZrO2,LaCrO3 and MoSi2 were compared.At last,the gap and the main existing problems of high temperature electrothermal materials in China and abroad were pointed out.And the development trend of high-temperature electrothermal materials was prospected.
