摘要
本文分析了东干渠沿线易遭受山洪危害的原因,从洪水管理的角度出发,在原东干渠防洪系统基础上提出了新的防洪系统规划,并采取工程措施和非工程措施对山洪进行有效防治。
In this paper, causes that east trunk canal are subject to the dangers of flash floods easily were analyzed, and from the perspective of flood management, the new flood control system planning was put forward based on the former flood control system of east trunk canal, and engineering measures and non-engineering measures were taken to effectively prevent flash floods.
