摘要
笔者应用Unigraphics NX4.0软件对钻机回转器齿轮进行三维建模,并将三维模型导入ANSYS软件,避免了直接利用ANSYS建立齿轮模型的复杂过程。总结了UG软件和ANSYS软件的接口技术,降低了导入过程中模型的数据丢失与失真度;应用ANSYS软件对齿轮模型的齿根应力进行了计算与分析,并应用传统的齿轮齿根应力简化公式,对ANSYS软件计算结果进验算,验算结果表明,ANSYS软件计算结果准确,满足设计要求;同时,为了计算和比较的方便,利用C语言编写了齿轮齿根应力简化公式程序。
Unigraphics NX4.0 is used to conduct 3D modeling for the gear of the gyrator in the drill rig, and then the completed 3D model is imported into ANSYS. This avoids the complex process of gear modeling directly by ANSYS. The interface technology of UG and ANSYS is concluded, which reduces data loss and distortion of the model during model being imported. In addition, ANSYS is applied to calculate and analyze the dedendum stress of the gear model, and traditional simplified formulas of calculating the dedendum stress are applied to check the calculation results from ANSYS. The checking results show that the calculation results from ANSYS are accurate and meet the design requirements. Meanwhile, for the convenience of calculation and comparison, C language is used to compile the program of simplifying formulas of calculating the dedendum stress.
