摘要
本文考察了中国省域专业化发展的基本特征，分析了中国区际产业分工格局的变动情况。研究表明，1990年以来，中国地区专业化整体有所发展，各地区依托比较优势，更加注重发展专业化部门；而受制度等因素影响，各地区专业化部门的相对实力发生明显变化；中国各地区专业化部门的技术含量有所提高，但仍以资源开采型、低技术和中低技术型为主；由于政策因素和区域利益的作用，国内的区际产业分工一直延续了以“资源-加工型”垂直分工为主导的格局，这十分不利于地区收入差异的缩小。因此，建立新型区域分工格局，促进东部地区专业化部门实现优化升级，推动中西部地区专业化部门转型，刻不容缓。
This paper discusses the features of provincial specialization and the dynamics of regional division of labor pat terns in China. Since 1990, regional spe cialization level gradually increases; spe cialized sections develop fast due to utili zing comparative advantages, while the strength of specialized sections diverse among different regions; the technological level of specialized sections also increase by these years; the vertical pattern of division of labor still holds its main status, which goes against reducing the regional income disparity. Thus the setup of new type of regional division of labor pattern, and the upgrade of regional specialized department should be put into practice soon.
