摘要
为了PTC材料的稳定生产,对该材料的制备和性质进行了综述,对原料、掺入物、第二相等对PTC效应的影响进行了描述.为了控制阻值的重现性,讨论了烧结及晶界重氧化.最后从应用角度强调说明了显微结构均匀性和晶界热点的关系.
With the aim of realization of stable production of PTC thermis-tors,the fabrication and property of this material have been reviewed. The effects of raw materials,dopants and second phases on PTC charac-teristics have been described. sintering and grain boundary reoxidation were discussed with reference to the control of ohmic repetition of this material.Finally,with the view of application, the relation of microstruc-ture homogeneity and grain boundary hot spots was emphasized.
