摘要
目的：建立天仙子多糖含量测定方法。方法：采用加热回流的提取方法,苯酚-硫酸显色,配合紫外分光度法,测定多糖的含量。检测波长490nm。结果：标准回归方程为Y=1.6334X＋0.0283（r=0.9997）葡萄糖的浓度在0.1202~0.4206 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为99.79%,RSD=0.84%。天仙子多糖含量为2.19%。结论：确定的方法稳定可行,为天仙子多糖的进一步研究奠定基础。
Objective：To establish the determination method of polysaccharides in Hyoscyamus niger L.Methods：Reflux with water and Phenol-sulphate colorimetry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides.Results：The regression equation is Y=1.6334X＋0.0283（r=0.9997）.The concentration of polysaccharide was linear in the range of 0.1202~0.4206mg/mL.The average recovery was 99.79%,RSD=0.84%.The content of polysaccharides from Hyoscyamus niger L.is 2.19%.Conclusion：The method is simple and reliable,which provides a basis for the further study on polysaccharides in Hyoscyamus niger L.
