活性干酵母对鹌鹑小肠发育、肠道菌群及血清中胆固醇质量浓度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究日粮中添加活性干酵母对鹌鹑小肠发育,肠道菌群及血清中胆固醇质量浓度的影响。选用1日龄鹌鹑180羽,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每重复15羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.6、1、2 g/kg的活性干酵母。结果显示,活性干酵母对鹌鹑小肠发育影响不大(P>0.05),随活性干酵母添加量的增加,小肠中大肠杆菌数显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸菌数量显著增加(P<0.05)。日粮中添加1和2 g/kg活性干酵母可显著降低血清中胆固醇质量浓度(P<0.05)。由此得出,饲料中添加活性干酵母可减少鹌鹑肠道内大肠杆菌数量,增加乳酸菌数量,同时可降低血清胆固醇质量浓度。 The trial was carried out to investigate the effect of dietary active dried yeast on intestine development,intestinal flora and serum cholesterol content of quails.One-day-old 180 quails were fed one of the four experimental diets with increasing levels of dried yeast at 0,0.6,1 and 2 g/kg.Each treatment is consisted 3 cages with 15 quails per cage.Results indicated that there were no significant differences on intestine development among four diets.Addition of active dried yeast into the control diet significantly decreased the Colibacillus content(P0.05) and increased the Lactobacillus content(P0.05) of intestinal tract.The content of serum cholesterol was decreased by the addition of 1 and 2 g/kg active dried yeast(P0.05).It was concluded that dietary active dried yeast could decrease the Colibacillus content,increase the Lactobacillus content and decrease the serum cholesterol content of quails.
