攀钢3号RH处理工艺开发实践 被引量:3

Practice of vacuum treatment process development for No.3 RH in Panzhihua Steel

摘要 结合攀钢集团有限公司提钒炼钢厂3号RH装备和工艺条件,在分析钢的质量要求的基础上,建立了合金结构钢、无缝钢管用钢、铁道用钢、高压容器用钢、锻件用钢等钢种的真空处理模式和工艺制度。生产实践表明,经3号RH处理后,出站钢水成分合格率达100%,成分精度控制在w(C)±0.02%、w(Si)±0.03%、w(Mn)±0.05%的综合合格率为88.6%,出站温度合格率达98.7%,脱氢效果良好,钢水洁净度得到明显改善,满足了高质量品种的要求。 On the basis of analysis of the quality requirements for the steel grade the vacuum treatment patterns and process schedule have been established for such a few steel grades as the alloyed structure steel, seamless tube, rail steel, high pressure vessel steel and steel for forged piece and etc in light of the concrete conditions of the No. 3 RH equipments and operating processes in the Vanadium Extraction and Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Steel. Production practice shows that by implementation of vacuum treatment at the No. 3 RH the qualified rate of chemical compositions of the output liquid steel reaches as high as 100 %, accuracy of compositions is controlled in the range of ω(C) ±0.02 %, w(Si) ±0.03 % and ω(Mn) ±0.05 % is 88.6 %, and qualified rate of liquid steel temperature comes to 98. 7 %. The effect of dehydrogenation is perfect and the cleanliness of the liquid steel is prominently improved and the requirements for the high quality steel grade are satisfied.
