摘要
目的探讨了子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效。方法我院于2009年到2011年在实施剖宫产手术时出现54例产后出血患者,以上患者有26例采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产产后出血,为治疗组;有28例患者采用传统的手术方法治疗剖宫产后出血,为对照组。分别对两组患者手术时间,手术出血量进行分析。结果与对照组性比较,治疗组患者手术时间以及产后出血量均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of uterine sling suture treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From 2009 to 2011,54 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected, 26 cases of patients the use of strap-type suture treatment of uterine cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage formed the treatment group, 28 patients were treated with traditional surgical treatment of bleeding after cesarean section formed the control group. The operative time and blood loss were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, patients treated with operative time and blood volume decreased significantly postpartum （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Theeffect of vterine sling suture treatment of postpartum hemonhage is good,it is worthy for clinical application.
