皮肤组织冰冻切片在直接免疫荧光法中包埋剂的改良应用

摘要 目的用普通胶水代替OCT包埋皮肤组织来制作冰冻切片,不仅降低了成本,而且所制切片与用OCT包埋剂包埋所制切片在制片质量与染色效果上无异。方法行冰冻切片时,用普通胶水代替OCT对皮肤组织起支托固定作用。结果用普通胶水包埋制作的冰冻切片,在制片质量及染色效果上均与用OCT包埋剂包埋制片无异。结论冰冻切片行直接免疫荧光法要求冰冻切片质量优良,且在制片过程中快捷、力求保持抗原的完整性。质量优良的包埋剂在制片过程中可以达到以上要求,但其价格昂贵;用普通胶水代替质量优良的包埋剂,不仅在制片质量及染色效果上与前者无异,且价格便宜,值得推广使用。 Objective With ordinary glue instead of OCT-embedded frozen sections of skin tissue to produce, not only reduces costs, and the system of sections and embedded with OCT embedding medium slice of the system of production quality and the same dyeing effect. Methods Line of frozen sections, used ordinary glue instead of OCT for skin care from the fixed supporting role. Results Produced with ordinary glue-embed- ded fr:)zen sections, staining results in the production quality and on the use of OCT embedding medium were embedded with the same producer. Conclusion Frozen sections by direct immunofluorescence method requires good quality frozen sections, and in the production process faster, and strive to maintain antigen integrity. Good quality of embedding medium can be achieved in the production process of the above requirements, but expensive ,with ordinary glue instead of good quality of embedding medium, not only in production quality and the dyeing effect is no different with the former, and the price is cheap, should be widely used.
