摘要
本文通过对美国、英国、日本等发达国家中小企业风险投资的经验进行比较分析,提出完善我国中小企业风险投资业的国际借鉴。
Based on the experience of the venture capital for SMEs in United States,Britain,Japan and other developed countries,the paper conducts comparative analysis,and puts forward the international reference of perfecting the venture capital industry of SMEs in China.
