摘要
本文以畜禽废水为处理对象,通过试验将序批式运行模式应用到好氧三相内循环生物流化床反应器中形成新型SBBR,考察在不同溶解氧(DO)浓度条件下新型SBBR反应器运行处理效果及氮的转化情况,结果表明:在室温下,进水CODCr浓度为2 000 mg/L,总氮(TN)浓度为140 mg/L,交替好氧-缺氧模式为3.0 h(曝气)—1.5 h(停曝)—1.5 h(曝气)—1.0 h(停曝),且保持溶解氧含量在2.0-2.5 mg/L时,该系统脱氮效果及脱氮方式处于较优状态,且脱氮方式以同步硝化反硝化和短程硝化反硝化作用为主;当溶解氧含量较低时,硝化作用不完全,曝气量过高时,反硝化作用不完全,从而影响了总氮的去除效果。
A new-type SBBR is used to treat the livestock wastewater so as to investigate the removal efficiency and transformation of nitrogen in different DO conditions.When it is at the room temperature,the CODCr of influent is about 2 000 mg/L,TN is about 140 mg/L,operating pattern is 3.0(aeration)—1.5(anaerobic)—1.5(aeration)—1.0(anaerobic) and dissolved oxygen is 2.0-2.5 mg/L,the N-removal effect and N-removal way are shown to be better,and the main way of nitrogen removal is simultaneous nitrification-denitrification as well as the shortcut nitrification-denitrification.Low dissolved oxygen content affects nitrification,and high dissolved oxygen content affects denitrification,thus definitively affecting the TN removal.
