摘要
运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性显示动力学有限元软件,采用流固耦合方法,对10°,15°,20°倾角的扁平绕带压力容器在内部中心处爆炸作用下的动力响应进行了数值模拟。分析了缠绕倾角对容器的抗爆性能的影响和装药形状对容器爆炸作用产生的影响。结果表明:缠绕倾角越小,容器的抗爆特性越好;同等重量下,球形装药在爆心处产生的冲击载荷要比柱形装药产生的小,并且产生的爆炸作用更加均匀。
By using nonlinear explicit dynamic finite - element program ANSYS/LS - DYNA, which can deal with fluid - solid coupling algorithm, dynamical response of fiat ribbon - wound layered pressure vessel with different winding angles subjected to internal blast loading was numerically simulated. The winding angles on the explosion - resistance behavior of vessel and the shape of explosive on the explosion and shock waves of vessel were analyzed. The results reveal that the smaller the winding angle is, the stronger the explosion resistance of the vessel is. The impulse load from spherical explosive is lower than cylindrical explosive while explosion action from spherical explosive is more uniform than cylindrical explosive.
