摘要
以氢氧化镁为原料与乙醇混合,通入氯化氢气体,使固体全部溶解。加热蒸馏,使其形成无水氯化镁乙醇溶液。蒸馏过程中不断搅拌,并继续通氯化氢气体使溶液中氯化氢始终处于饱和状态。蒸干得到粉末状无水氯化镁晶体。经检验制得的无水氯化镁中氧化镁的质量分数小于0.1%。氯化镁的纯度取决于原料杂质的含量。试验确定了原料的最适宜投料比,并且对制备的条件进行了讨论。将该方法应用到电解制镁工艺中,可降低生产成本,减少有毒气体的排放,节约能源。
Magnesium hydroxide was used as raw materials,mixed with alcohols,the solid dissolved with hydrogen chloride and alcohol solution of anhydrous magnesium chloride was obtained.Distilled under the saturation of hydrogen chloride,dried,and powder of anhydrous magnesium chloride crystals was obtained.The content of MgO in obtained anhydrous magnesium chloride was less than 0.1%.The purity of MgCl2 depends on the amount of impurities in raw materials.The experiments determined the optimal feeding ratio,and preparation conditions were discussed.If the method is applied to the electrolytic magnesium process,the cost of production and emissions of toxic gases will be reduced.
