烧结温度对红色长余辉发光材料Ca_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)TiO_3∶Pr^(3+),Na^+性能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Sintering Temperature on Properties of Red Long Afterglow Phosphor Ca_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)TiO_3 ∶Pr^(3+),Na^+

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶燃烧法合成了Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO3∶Pr3+,Na+纳米红色长余辉发光材料,利用XRD、SEM、荧光分光光度计、热释光谱仪和照度计研究了烧结温度对样品物相、形貌以及发光性能的影响。结果表明:煅烧温度为600℃时生成了CaTiO3相,当烧结温度大于700℃时,出现了Zn2TiO4相;随煅烧温度的升高,样品的晶粒逐渐变大,平均晶粒尺寸均小于100 nm;不同温度下样品的激发峰位于328 nm,发射峰位于613 nm,归属于Pr3+的1D2-3H4跃迁;当烧结温度为800℃时,样品的初始亮度和余辉时间最佳,其分别为2000 mcd/m2和10 min(≥1 mcd/m2)。 The red long afterglow luminescent nanomaterial Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO3 ∶Pr3+,Na+ was synthesized by sol-gel combustion method.The effect of sintering temperature on the phase,surface morphology and luminescent properties of the samples were investigated by XRD,SEM,fluorescence spectrophotometer and thermally stimulated spectrometer.The results indicated that samples are composed of single CaTiO3 phase at 600 ℃ and Zn2TiO4 phase appeared when the sintering temperature increased to 700 ℃;grain size of the samples increases as the temperature increasing,but average grain size is less than 100 nm;under the ultraviolet excitation(328 nm),Ca0.8Zn0.2TiO3 ∶Pr3+,Na+ phosphor appears a single peak centered at 613 nm,which belongs to the 1D2-3H4 emission of Pr3+.Moreover,the samples which were synthesized at 800 ℃ have optimal initial luminance and afterglow time,which are 2000 mcd/m2 and 10 min(≥1 mcd/m2),respectively.
