摘要
目的：探讨颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期的治疗策略,提高患者治愈率.方法：回顾性分析59例颅内动脉瘤患者的围手术期治疗过程,总结经验.结果：59例颅内动脉瘤患者,35例（占59.3%）痊愈,22例（占37.3%）遗留轻度神经功能障碍,2例（占3.4%）死亡.结论：合理、适当的围手术期治疗策略对颅内动脉瘤患者预后有重要的影响,可提高手术成功率,降低并发症的发生,提高治愈率,减少致残、致死率.
Objective： To investigate intracranial aneurysms in patients with perioperative treatment strategy, to improve the cure rate of patients. Methods： Through the retrospective analysis of 59 cases of intracranial aneurysms in patients with perioperative treatment process, lessons learned. Results： In 59 cases of intracranial aneurysm patients, 35 patients （59.3 % ） were cured, 22 cases （37.3 % ） left with mild neurological deficits, 2 patients （3.4%） died. Conclusion： Reasonable, appropriate perioperative treatment strategies for intracranial aneurysms in patients have important implications on prognosis, which may improve the success rate, reduce compheations, improve cure rates, and reduce disability and death rate.
