摘要
目的:探讨中西医药物联合应用对慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精子症患者治疗的效果。方法:对60例慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精子症患者随机分为两组。对照组(30例)采用葡萄糖酸锌颗粒70 mg,口服3次/d,天然Vit E胶丸100 mg口服,1次/d;VitC片100 mg口服,1次/d,胰激肽释放酶120 U口服,3次/d及服用敏感抗生素4周(左氧氟沙星等)。治疗组(30例)除对照组药物应用外,加用复方玄驹胶囊1.26 g口服,3次/d。结果:两组治疗前与治疗后检查分析精液,示治疗后精液质量均改善,但治疗组精液各项参数明显较对照组要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精子症患者行中西医药物联合治疗后,患者精液质量明显改善;中西医药物联合应用是慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精子症患者的有效治疗手段。
Objective To analyze and compare the effect of simple medication and integrative medicine therapy on chronic prostatitis patients with oligo-asthenospermatism.Method A total of 60 chronic prostatitis patients with oligo-asthenospermatism were divided into 2 groups randomly.The control group（n=30） received the treatment of Zinc Gluconate Particle 70 mg,three times everyday,natural Vitamin E 100 mg once everyday,Vitamin C 100 mg once everyday and antibiotics（like Levofloxacin,et al） for four weeks;the treatment group（n=30） received Complex XuanJu Capsules 1.26 g,three times everyday besides medicine in the control group.Results After the treatments,quality of spermatic fluid from 2 groups were all improved,but there was a significant difference between 2 groups for parameters of semen,and it was much better in the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion After the treatment of integrative medicine,quality of spermatic fluid of chronic prostatitis patients with oligo-asthenospermatism are much improved,and that treatment is much better than simply medication.
