摘要
目的研究藻酸钙凝胶/自体红骨髓修复骨缺损的效果,探索治疗骨缺损的新方法。方法新西兰白兔60只,分3组,每组20只,所有动物均建立左侧桡骨中段的骨缺损。A组采用藻酸钙凝胶/自体红骨髓修复,B组采用藻酸钙凝胶修复,C组设置空白对照。于术后4、8周各组10只兔子处死后分别行大体观察,摄X线片以及观察组织学情况。结果藻酸钙凝胶植入后,局部未见红肿、积液、渗出等异常反应。A组缺损8周时被硬性组织所修复,X线片见A组骨缺损处有连续性骨痂通过。B组及C组缺损处修复组织较软,X线仍显示部分缺损,组织学观察A组缺损处为骨质替代,而B组及C组大部分为纤维组织替代。结论藻酸钙凝胶/自体红骨髓在体内有良好的成骨能力,可为治疗骨缺损以及骨不连提供一种新的植骨方法。
Objective To observe the effect of repairing bone defect by calcium alginate gelatin/red bone marrow of autograft,and to seek a good method for treating bone defect.Methods Sixty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups(each n=20).All the animals were operated into bone defect in left radius.Group A was filled with calcium alginate gelatin/red bone marrow of autograft,group B was filled with calcium alginate gelatin,and group C did not implant and served as controls.Four and eight weeks after operation,10 rabbits in each group were killed,and then gross,X-ray,histological observation were made.Results After implanting alginate gelatin,no swelling or abnormal reaction exudation was found in the local.Eight weeks after operation,the bone defect in group A was almost entirely repaired by hard tissue.X-ray showed that the area of bone defect in group A was full of high density shade.The bone defects in group B and group C were repaired by soft organizations,and X-ray exhibited some defects.Histological observation showed that the organization of the defects in group A was replaced by osteoporosis,while most of the defects in group B and group C were replaced by fibrous tissue.Conclusions Calcium alginate gelatin/red bone marrow of autograft has a good osteogenesis capacity in the body,it is a new and effective method to treat bone defect and non-union of bone
