膨润土吸附处理甲基嘧啶磷废水的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以膨润土作为吸附剂处理甲基嘧啶磷废水,讨论了膨润土的种类、投加量、时间、pH值、温度等对甲基嘧啶磷某工段废水的处理效果的影响。结果表明,钠基膨润土的吸附效果较其它类型的膨润土效果好,其适宜吸附条件为:投加量5%,pH值3,反应温度20℃,搅拌60 min。反应结束后废水中2-二乙基氨基-6-甲基-4-羟基嘧啶的浓度从5 761 mg/L降至130 mg/L以下,COD浓度从12 500 mg/L降至4 233 mg/L以下。 The effects of bentonite types,dosing quantity,operation time,temperature,and pH value were discussed in absroption treatment of pirimphos methyl waste water.The results showed that the sodium bentonite exhibited the best absorption.The proper absorption conditions are as follows:sodium bentonite dosage of 5%,pH value of 3,reaction temperature of 20℃,and stirring time of 60 min.The concentration of 4-hydroxy-2-diethylamino-6-methylpyrimidin was reduced from 5 761 mg/L to 130 mg/L,and COD was reduced from 12 500 mg/L to 4 233 mg/L.The adsorption bentonite could be reused by roasting under the proper roasting conditions such as at 450℃ and for 60 min.The absorption capacity of sodium bentonite was increased after being roasted,and the concentration of 4-hydroxy-2-diethylamino-6-methylpyrimidin was further reduced to 45 mg/L,and COD was further reduced to 2 729 mg/L.The bentonite could be reused at least in 10 times.
