摘要
用同步热分析仪对打叶复烤生产副产品烟梗在不同升温速率条件下进行了热解试验,并分析了热解过程及其动力学规律。结果表明,烟梗的热解包括脱水、剧烈失重和缓慢失重3个过程,10℃/min、15℃/min和20℃/min升温速率下的热解峰值温度和热解指数均随升温速率的增加而增大,采用改良的Coats-Redfern积分法进行动力学参数计算,发现当反应级数n=1.6时对不同升温速率的模拟效果最好,热解活化能分别为28.09 kJ/mol,28.46 kJ/mol和28.56 kJ/mol.
Pyrolysis experiments of tobacco stem belonging to byproduct of threshing and redrying were conducted on the STA 409 at different heating rates(10,15,20 ℃/min),and pyrolysis process and kinetics were analyzed too.The results show:the pyrolysis of tobacco stem include three typical process that are dehydration,rapid weight-loss and slow weight loss.As heating rate increases,the peak temperature and the releasing index of pyrolysis increase.Kinetic parameters were calculated using the improved Coats-Redferm integral method,from this study,it was found that the proper reaction orders is 1.6,and the apparent activation energies were 28.09,28.46 and 28.56 kJ/mol for heating rates of 10,15 and 20℃/min.
