摘要
在实验室环境条件下,使用同种聚合物水泥防水涂料,分别采用实际检测工作中几种不同的试验操作方式制备样品,确定检测过程中可能影响拉伸性能检测结果的几个主要因素.通过比较试验数据,分析了不同搅拌制度;涂膜制度;养护制度等因素对拉伸性能检测结果造成的影响及其原因,初步探讨了消除这些不利影响,增加实验室间检测数据可比性,提高检测质量的方法.
In laboratory environment, using the same polymer cement waterproof coating, various test operation methods in actual work were adopted respectively to prepare samples and determine the main factors which may affect the test result of tensile properties in the detection process. Through comparing the test data, different factors such as mixing system, coating system and maintenance system, which affect the test result of tensile properties, were analyzed;Methods were also discussed to remove the adverse effects, increase the comparability of test data and improve the test quality.
